What do you receive?

Hunter Women's Imaging will provide a 3D still portrait of your baby (on CD and hard copy) as well as 4D Dynamic images - Baby's first home video!

When can I have the Scan?

For optimal results, the scan is best conducted at 26 - 32 weeks gestation.

 Will I need a request form from my doctor?

No - as this is a non-diagnostic examination you will not require a request form from your doctor.

Is there any necessary preparation on the day of the scan?

Please present well hydrated for the examination. It is not necessary to have a full bladder for the ultrasound. Take your regular medication with water and please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

What should I bring to the scan?

You MUST bring the results of your routine diagnostic morphology scan, which would have been performed at around 18 - 22 weeks gestation.

What is the cost?

The cost will be $100 (non-rebatable) including GST. Full payment is expected on the day and you have the choice of paying by eftpos, cash, credit card or cheque.
