Is your Doctor a ‘Fetch!’ Doctor?

‘Fetch!’ is Hunter Imaging Group’s own online results delivery system. Fetch! ensures your Doctor can access the results of your examination the moment they become available. Hunter Imaging Group offers ‘Fetch!’ free to all our referrers.

As Fetch! allows your Doctor to rapidly access the results from Hunter Imaging Group, your referrer will be able to decide if there is any need for an urgent consultation. If you do not hear from your referrer then all you need to do is attend your next appointment, as per normal.

Next time you visit your doctor, ask if they are a ‘Fetch!’ Doctor.

Hunter Imaging Group Quality Assurance Programme

Hunter Imaging Group is dedicated to making sure that our service is of the highest quality standards. Hunter Imaging Group began developing its own Quality Assurance Programme in the late 1990’s. Today this has grown to encompass our entire network of branches.

The Hunter Imaging Quality Assurance Programme includes:

  • Daily testing of all our imaging equipment
  • Self-auditing of our exam results
  • Post procedural follow-up calls are made to ensure RANZCR standards are met

All matters concerned with quality assurance are dealt with by our quality assurance committee which comprises specialist doctors, technical staff and management. This self-auditing process guarantees the team at Hunter Imaging will provide the best quality images and outcomes for you.
